Hello, and welcome to Peaceful Transitions End of Life Care.  I am Kelsey, a Certified End-of-Life Specialist and licensed Paramedic dedicated to guiding you and your loved ones through some of life's most challenging moments. My work blends compassionate, non-medical support with trauma-informed advocacy- ensuring dignity, understanding, and peace remain at the forefront of every experience. 

With years of front-line emergency medical experience, I bring a unique perspective to end-of-life care, high- acuity court cases, and grief navigation. I specialize in creating safe spaces where stories are honored, complex emotions are acknowledged, and unnecessary trauma is prevented.
